    • Run Cloud Platform across Global Regions and ensure consistency in our use of Cloud Services
    • Be a recognised and trusted partner for business application owners and other technology teams who seek to make use of Cloud based infrastructure
    • Special responsibility for:
      • ensuring that Standard Chartered cloud environments are consistent with Bank audit and compliance requirements and consistent with the design ethos
      • Automation and TOIL reduction
      • ensuring that all relevant platforms are being efficiently and appropriately supported in SCB Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) toolchains, including identifying opportunities for toolchain and operational practise improvement and refinement, and ensuring that infrastructure as code deployment mechanisms are common and portable across Cloud and non-Cloud environments
      • Cloud platform estate management including license / support subscription oversight, control and best utilization, automation of estate reporting and management, including close collaboration with other Platforms and ITIL Team team/product leads to ensure that Cloud Support needs are covered in line with Bank strategy and policy
    • Operational design, maintenance and continuous improvement of event and audit logging frameworks and systems for cloud environments
    • Supporting adoption of containers and container control frameworks
    • Incident Management for issues related to Cloud Services, acting as senior escalation and control point for Cloud Support (and wider Platforms Teams) and driving service restoration and stability during significant incidents
    • Interact with internal customers and/or functional peer group managers
    Other Responsibilities
    • Weekend on-call coverage as per roster
    • Perform other duties as assigned or required
    Our Ideal Candidate Required Skills
    • 2-5+ years of relevant hands on in Change and Incident management
    • Sound knowledge in CICD tools Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Sonarqube.
    • Sound in Python programming, Golang framework.
    • Knowledge in Kubernetes, Containers and Cloud technology is a must (AWS Preferable)
    • Proficient in programming of UI using React; Angular, CSS and AJAX Web Service endpoints
    • Proficient in generating independent components which interacts between different API and client tools
    • Previous team management experience highly advantageous
