Graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience in Employee Data Management from International BPO operations From HR Operations Domain
Should know Appendingchanging and making necessary Employee Data entries in EDM tool.
Tracking global Employee Data and making necessary correction changes for wift analysis.
Hands on experience in EDM Tools
Should be flexible to work in any shift

Role and responsibilities :

Overall responsibility of delivering all agreed SLA / KPI for EDM Operations
Identify & initiate Lean opportunities
Building capacity for operations through training and coaching
Develop knowledge database
Manage processes and the metrics on a day-to-day basis.
Liaise with client retained organization for any delivery requirements.
