The team s vision is to deliver programs that protect and enable the business, ensure secure delivery of services to clients, adjust to address the risks presented by an evolving threat landscape and meet regulatory expectations.Job Profile The role is focused on supporting governance over the Firm s End of Life programme and is global in nature with colleagues and key stakeholders based in locations across the world. The successful candidate will build relationships across different regions and time zones to deliver the technology program of work, with specific focus on Technology End of Life governance.Primary responsibilities Work within a Global team to ensure Technology End of Life Governance remediation activities are adhered to across all Technology divisions Work closely with Technology Product Owners, and teams, across Americas, Asia, and EMEA regions responsible for Technology End of Life inventories Deliver reporting functionality and risk landscape views for Technology End of Life Governance activity across all Technology Lead regular meetings to solicit requirements, demo tools, gather feedback and document outcomes Deliver End of Life exception handling for technology Product Owners Participate, and contribute, in risk officer forums and governance committees Partnering with stakeholders, clients, and risk officers to understand business requirements and priorities to deliver the Technology End of Life Governance agenda Continue to enhance and support the dashboards and data consolidation platforms Point of contact for questions concerning Technology End of Life governance from employees and risk stakeholders Continue to deliver BAU activities while looking for ways to improve processes and become more efficient including: Inputs to Divisional Risk Committee reporting Responding to Service Now queries Proactively look for opportunities to increase team efficiency and highlight control gaps in the environment through the exposure to risk officers and data analysis, *Skills Required Experience with technical inventories, particularly with a focus on satisfying risk, control and governance requirements. Experience of technology controls programs, governance activities, and risk domains, e.g. technology assessments, running committees etc. Project Management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced skill in data manipulation or automation using Excel functionality. Ability to switch context quickly and work on multiple streams of work concurrently. Ability to build and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation and leverage this to achieve work-related objectivesSkills Desired Experience of risk mgt and End of Life governance in technology environments. Experience of working in an Investment Banking environment. Understanding of Operational Risk and associated regulations (e.g. NIST, FFIEC), its application to technology in Financial Services. Education and qualifications Educated to degree level. Have industry-recognised risk related qualifications (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISSP) (desired).
