Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Ensuring effective functioning of the office of Director
    • Facilitate communication and coordination with internal personnel and external personnel.
    • Monitor and follow up on all communication on behalf of Director
    • Managing and organizing meetings and draw up internal as well as external minutes of the meeting and follow up for the committed actions.
    • Look after the day to day- routine activities and correspondence.
    • Review and maintain schedules and appointments
    • Organizing the Travel {Ticket booking, hotel, and car booking (Domestic and International), Tour planning International and Domestic}, visa arrangement etc.
    • Checking and keeping records of the bills.
    • Maintaining an organized filing system.
    • Take Dictation, Compose, type letters, meeting notes, routine correspondence.
    • Assisting the Director in various Projects.
    • Flexibility in terms of working hours.
    • Making appointment & reservation for Director.
    • Coordinating schedules for conferences/events/seminar.
    Requirements
    • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills Fluency in English
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Having secretarial diploma and knowledge of shorthand will be added advantage.
