Job Description

Graduate preferably Mass Media & Communication / Advtg. Age 26 to 33 Yrs.Handle professional administration of a confidential and sensitive nature of Director office Organize, plan and co- ordinate the calendars and schedules for the Director. Regularly coordinate meetings and itineraries with both internal and external stakeholders. Organize travel itineraries and arrangements for the Director and any other need based requirement for other stakeholders. Manage telephone calls and email correspondence for the Director of stakeholders spread across both national and international locations Perform functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, draft and send emails, make power point presentations, as per the Director instructions. Travel with the Director for meetings as per need.Female Candidates excellent in Communication and Correspondence skills with pleasing personality. Strong knowledge on MS office; Good typing speed, Advance Excel & Power point presentation.Working Days: 6 days (Monday to Saturday) 9.00 am to 5.30 pm.,
