This role is accountable & responsible to ensure to setup the required function to achieve governance-compliance & clean audit w.r.t. Information Security (InfoSec) of the organization and requires to deal continuosly with various outsourced partner / vendors and internal employees. Manage InfoSec Governance - Compliance - Audits Setup the required function / roles to meet the ultimate objective - Act as overall Governance body for Technology - RTB Facilitate to create a InfoSec aware organization culture Implementation and maintenance of Banks IT policies and associated processes ensuring that they are delivered to a consistently high standard and manage a broad range of technical and non-technical stakeholders across a number of functions within and out with Technology Tracking IT compliance, Audit Points, Regulatory compliance & acting as first level of defense and timely reporting and updating second & Third layer of defense ie; Compliance , CISO Function & Audit Closely working with and acting as point of contact for IT compliance requirement for Audit, Compliance and security reviews. Ownership of RCSA and Tracking IT security control implementations and Compliance requirements till closure and updating respective stakeholders. Supporting CTO to ensure IT policies and regulatory requirements are complied with. KPI are maintained and update to IT steering meeting. Conduct trainings and create mailers, as required Manage Technology BCP / DR (From Run Perspective) Calendar for Technology BCP / DR Ensure that the DR drills are conducted as per the business & regulatory needs & in line with BCP policy Driving regular Technology BCP / DR drills - Record Results - Co-ordinate & Drive Improvement plans & its execution Ensure Back-up, Retention and Restoration are in-line the DR plan,
