    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for Head of Sales & Dealing (Institutional Equities)Roles & Responsibilties :-Location- MumbaiJob DescriptionHe/She should have:Worked in a reputed brokerage firm(s) with demonstrated track record and success in Institutional Equities Sales and would have led a team of Equity Sales professional. .Candidate should have good interpersonal & Communication skills with a positive work attitudeSkills: Candidate should like to work in team and with good presentation skillsCandidate should be slef motivated and should be able to lead a team of sales & dealing professionals.The Candidate shall be responsible to manage the P&L of the Institutional Brokegae business and give a consistent & sustainable growth in the brokerage income The Candidate is to have a very good connect with the CIOs of various mutual funds, insurance companies and Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs). As Head of Sales & Dealing the Candidate is supposed to lead the team and guide them by setting examples. The Candidate is also supposed to regularly interact with Head of Research of the firm and take him / her to meetings for pitching various ideas to clientsThe Candidate shall also be the bridge to the IB-ECM desk and look to meet their distribution demand as and when the IB ECM desk is asking for investor pick and investor meeting for various IPOs / FPOs / OFS / QIBs etc.Regards,Team HR
