We are backed by premier venture investors and count on global industry leaders as advisors.About the role :- Understand the companys strategic goals and competitive position and establish the same with corporate clients pan India. Own and exceed the sales targets assigned for the team- Manage a team of 7 to 10 Sales executives pan India- Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach-out, onboarding, activation, and expansion. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development- Partner closely with cross functional teams like Operations and Accountment Management to define the work required to successfully deliver and realize an error free and reliable outcome.- Drive and have a passion for customer, consumer engagement, customer relations and ongoing improvements in the relationships/engagement. Learn quickly and define delighting factors/metrics that will make Healthi an indispensable service.- Understand and update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends.About you :- Candidate is expected to have at least 8 years of industry experience of which minimum 3 years in healthcare domain.- Preferably having experience in large corporate client acquisition & high focus on solution selling.- Strong Leadership and Team Building skills- A deep sense of customer responsiveness, and sensitivity. Proven record of having built great customer experiences/retentions.- Is relentless in acquiring new business and corporate relationships.- Strong planning acumen and self-starter that clearly prioritizes against every delivery goal and manages the overall reliability in the service delivery. Balances long-term vs. short-term objectives.- Having sense of speed as it factors with the realization that efficiency is vital to success.
