Job Description

Designing and implementing systems to ensure conformance with Companies Act
Ensuring the rigorous implementation of CSR policy and guidelines
Identifying and engaging partners for key projects across the business
Planning the scale up of focus activities.
Debottlenecking issues in project implementation
Facilitating resource allocation through budgeting
Training personnel for better CSR implementation
Designing and implementing improved reporting systems using IT
Cross-deploy ideas and projects across businesses
Co-ordinate between units to implement projects together
Facilitating enhanced volunteering across businesses
Creating awareness of CSR work done across the sector and outside the company
Maintaining complete confidentiality of the work
Preparing briefs and presentations for Senior Management.
Should have exposure of Budget, Compliance & MIS
Stakeholder Management.
