Job Description

Greetings for the DayKA Hospitality Group has elevated the standards of the hospitality industry. It began by introducing the subcontinent to its first two Michelin starred restaurants, Hakkasan & Yauatcha (and in the process, forever changed the common notion of what Chinese food is).We currently Looking for HR Executive - Compliance, Job responsibilities are as below :HR MIS & Reporting (Data Management)

  • Updating of Employee joining related data, confirmations, transfers, promotions, exit in manual sheets (trackers) and HRMS Software
  • Employee Management
POST-JOINING
  • Add new joiner details on weekly basis.
  • Coordinate for details w.r.t staff meal, vehicle parking etc.
  • Coordinate with labour consultant regarding new joinees ESIC TIC & update the Tic tracker accordingly
PROBATION CONFIRMATIONS
  • Ensuring Pre- Confirmation assessment are done
  • Co-ordinate for issuance of Confirmation Letter / Probation Extension Letter from HO and acceptance of letter from employee.
  • Co-ordinate for pending probation evaluations.
  • Updating Confirmation tracker.
TRANSFERS
  • Align the employee to transferredunit biometric device and de-align him from the current unit
  • Issue new employee code (under the newentity)
  • Prepare new leave card of the new entity wherein you need to carry forward the leave balance mentioning it as the opening balance as on the date oftransfer
  • Change the employee code, unit & entity details on employee file
  • Issue new identity card with new entity & new unit details
  • Update the changes in the employee database.
ANNUAL MEDICAL TEST
  • Ensuring Medical test are done
  • Co-ordinate for receivable of test reports from laboratory.
  • Co-ordinate for pending medical test.
  • Updating Medical tracker
EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCE HANDLING
  • Understanding disciplinary issues and draft letters related to disciplinary matter
GENERAL
  • Co-ordination for locker audits every quarter
  • Adherence to HR Procedures & Policies
  • Co-ordination related to General Administration
  • (related to airport transfers, parking, guesthouse etc.)
  • Update and send regular reports per the HR Head requirements
  • Updating of trackers on regular basis
  • ESIC Data & generation of ESIC TIC PF Data
Exit Management
  • Follow-up with Payroll for F&F Settlements
  • Issuance of experience certificate and relieving letter
  • Update the Exit tracker.
  • Follow-up with payroll on closure of FNF.
  • Contact Ex- employee and provide with the FnF cheque and experience & relieving letter.
  • Coordination PF withdrawal forms filling and updating the PF withdrawal tracker
Performance Management Systems
  • Collation of data related to increments & promotions
  • Issuance & distribution of increment, promotion letters
  • Organization Development & Planning
  • Contribution towards building culture of the Company
  • Implement & support automation of systems
  • Ensuring seamless integration
  • Change agent
Payroll Management
  • Adherence to Leave & Attendance Policy
  • Updating inputs sheet on weekly basis
  • Assist Sr. HR Executive in :
  • o Collecting challans (ESIC, PF, PT, LWF)
  • o Quarterly bonus to expat chefs
  • o Documentation related to payroll
  • o Despatch of salary cheques for outstation units
  • o Collection of exit employees details & exit documents of resigned employees for F&F calculation on regular basis
General Duties
  • To understand completely & conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
  • To give unconditional support to new openings for all RSC team members
  • To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire
  • To be fully conversant with the geographical layout of the operation
  • To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times.
  • To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, RSC and all other departments and suppliers
  • To provide courteous, professional, attentive and efficient service at all times towards internal & external customers
  • To attend and contribute to functional and inter-functional meetings and other related activities
  • Be willing and open to transfer across companies / locations as per work exigencies
  • Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times
  • To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Be fully conversant with our departmental / inter-departmental processes Quality checks, Health & safety policy and Fire safety procedures
