Job Description

    Position: HR Recruiter(Freshers can Also Apply)Department: Human ResourcesOverview:The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding the companys hiring goals, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sourcing and Recruitment:
      • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles.
      • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
      • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
    2. Screening and Interviewing:
      • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
      • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
      • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
      • Participate in interview panels and provide feedback to guide the selection process.
    3. Candidate Experience Management:
      • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
      • Provide feedback to candidates and guide them through the next steps in the process.
      • Manage the pre-employment and onboarding process for successful candidates.
    4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
      • Work closely with department managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
      • Provide guidance on interview techniques and best practices.
      • Assist hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.
    5. Job Posting and Advertising:
      • Create compelling job descriptions and post them on various platforms to attract qualified talent.
      • Optimize job listings to maximize visibility and appeal to target candidates.
    6. Employer Branding:
      • Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting company culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
      • Attend career fairs and networking events to build relationships and represent the organization.
    7. Compliance and Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
      • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze and improve the hiring process.
    8. Continuous Improvement:
      • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
      • Provide recommendations for enhancing recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
