This individual will play a key role in supporting the companys talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the hiring process is efficient, timely, and aligned with the companys hiring goals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions across departments.
    • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
    • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
    • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the companys website.
    • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
    • Assist in negotiating offers and managing the offer letter process.
    • Maintain recruitment database and track all recruitment activities.
    • Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, if necessary.
    • Help with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
    • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., applicant tracking systems, HRIS).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
    • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
