Job Description

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Required Skills:

  • 5 to 6 years working experience in designing, building, creating business rules, calculation scripts
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Suite functionality and integrations using BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Web Services, HCM Data Load, Payroll Batch Loader
  • Strong development skills particularly SQL, PL/SQL and Java
  • Technology delivery and release management experience
  • Practical experience and understanding of the System Delivery Life-Cycle (SDLC)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, business units within a matrix organizations
  • Strong ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
  • Task oriented with excellent attention to detail including documentation and compliance requirements

  • Human Resources Cloud Technology implementation and upgrade experience
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and/or Platform or Software as a Service (PaaS/SaaS)
  • Expertise in Java using Java, J2EE web technologies with PL/SQL, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, Spring MVC 3.0, iBatis/Hibernate, Oracle 11g
