Job Description

  • The Junior SC Analyst supports the Global SC Excellence Manager in the preparation of systematic performance reports, ad-hoc analyses and key SC projects globally.
  • The job holder is expected to interact with Supply Chain Teams in all 3 regions, as well as with various global functions.
Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities:
  • Analysis of global SC performance KPI s and preparation of the periodic Global SC Performance dashboard. Areas covered will include inventory, logistics, planning and fixed cost.
  • Support project Alchemy through data collection and cleansing (Tableau, IMPro, SAP), regular (weekly) wave & tableau updates as well as ad-hoc support to project team and project manager.
  • Master data checks, updates and maintenance for all key systems (such as but not limited to SAP, MPS) on a monthly basis.
  • Supporting HSIMS (Business Objects) related roll out phases and development of SC relevant key reports.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and preparation of inputs for specific global SC leadership events and initiatives
  • Prepare ad-hoc variance analyses on subjects like co-producer deals, regional and global sourcing options, PFR and swap deals, etc.
Other general responsibilities:
  • Participates regularly in Meetings of Global SC Functions to understand their needs and operational processes.
  • Performs any special tasks as may be assigned by the management.
  • Participates in and completes company-required training programs.
  • Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by the company.
Education / Experience:The position requires financial and supply chain analytical skills as gained through a university degree for business or an MBA.JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • A good understanding of value drivers in supply chain, especially inventory management and logistics as well as a good understanding of reporting tools will enable the job holder to execute effective support to the Global SC Excellence Manager.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work experience in the area of reporting, analysis and supply chain is an added advantage. Skills and Knowledge
  • Expert in analytical methods and techniques.
  • Skilled in Excel.
  • Skilled in Tableau.
  • Proficiency with SAP Business Objects (HSIMS) is required.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Affinity with OBIEE (oracle business intelligence enterprise edition) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of OMP MPS would be beneficial.
  • Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs.
  • Proficiency with Lotus Notes Database system.
  • SAP QM Module.
