Job Description

    We have immediate opening for Jr Graphic DesignerExp : 3+YearsLocation:Mahalkshmi ,Mumbai (WFO)A leading healthcare company, is seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designers and Marketing Manager to create visually appealing and impactful designs that enhance Companys brand identity and effectively communicate our messaging to our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a prominent healthcare organization.
    1. Design and produce visually engaging digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and other marketing collateral.
    2. Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designers and Marketing Manager to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience
    . 3. Create and modify existing design templates, ensuring consistency and adherence to Caresmiths brand guidelines.
    1. Assist in brainstorming creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    2. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from the team.
    3. Research and stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team.
    4. Support the production process by preparing final artwork for printing or digital distribution.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and web development, to ensure design alignment across different channels.
    6. Maintain an organized digital asset library to facilitate easy access and retrieval of design files.
    7. Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
    2. A strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually compelling design work.
    3. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    4. Knowledge of digital design best practices, including web and mobile design principles.
    1. Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation for different mediums.
    2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work meticulously on design projects.
    3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
    4. Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback to improve design work.
    5. Strong time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
    6. Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and terminology is a plus
