Job Description

Lead Qualifications ManagerWhat this job involves:About the roleWe are looking for an experienced lead management specialist to optimize our qualification engine. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and developing an efficient inside sales process, prospecting, and lead pipeline. This critical role manages live customer interactions supporting inbound customer inquiries, segmentation, demand generation, inside sales and pipeline acceleration for the business.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for the lead management module of our digital marketing efforts. Your experience will be leveraged to optimize tele-calling, structured reporting, and development of strategies for improving acceptance of leads across the business.

  • Monitor and manage omni-channel lead qualification operations
  • Maintain and improvise rules of customer engagement by communicating with leads to overcome objections and determine if a need exists between the product and the potential customer
  • Develop quality engagements with pre-call research and insight
  • Establish metrics to track and report performance
  • Optimize the inside sales process of lead assignment, distribution, and handling
  • Business process analysis and reporting
  • Automation of lead management, distribution, and pipeline activities
Sounds like you To apply you need to have:
  • 3 5 years experience in customer service / voice systems and processes
  • Strong experience with Excel, data management systems and other similar tools
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools and lifecycle marketing
  • Data management (MDM), enrichment, and mastery skills
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player
  • Understanding of digital marketing and inbound engagement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
