Responsibilities
General Management
Manage a team of 100-150 delivery executives
Along with the team, execute more than 500 dispatches on every day basis
Create and ensure strict adherence to SOPs Source
Hire and train delivery executives as necessary
Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
Create daily MIS reports to be shared with senior management
Identify, manage and solve grievances of entire team Liaison with other departments like HR and Accounts Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Operations Management
Supporting Customer Care team in handling resolving customer complaints in time.
Ensure timely distribution of new products as per the approved launch plan.
Preparing MIS reports and circulating it to internal customers.
Team Management
Leading a team size of 100 and steering human resources for better management.
Training of staff people on vast aspects of SCM.
Planning manpower and allocating work to team members.
Mentoring and guiding team for high performance by optimizing contribution levels
Work flow chart for fit out period and daily coordination / follow-up for the same
Previous Experience
Should have 5 years of experience in managing delivery operations
Software skills: Excel, email, MIS reports
Should have created SOPs before and have previous hiring and training experience.
Skills
Candidate should have exemplary leadership skills and should be comfortable in managing large teams of entry level people.
