A driven individual whos keen to scale and acquire new business from the retail channel across different product verticals and drive digital growth. The individual will be responsible for managing key elements of marketing campaigns and ensure implementation of digital sales and retention strategies. The primary responsibility of this role will be to drive Digital Sales Strategy and Program delivery across marketing and alternate sales teams.He/She will be a primary day-to-day contact between internal cross-functional teams between CC, marketing, product and tech support, as well as external partners to drive key business objectives.Responsibilities :1. Build and outline program strategies that drives retention and growth2. Provide functional expertise to cross-functional teams in marketing and tele-sales in order to drive profitable output3. Maintain oversight of marketing campaigns and key deliverable of initiatives across teams4. Facilitate/lead strategic and tactical sales discussions with partners5. Ensure all compliance and processes are vetted and secured as part of program implementation6. Collaborate with management to monitor/analyse campaign performance as well as portfolio analytics and trends to recommend future campaigns7. Ensure program performance and recommendations are shared, and engage strategic discussion regarding new initiatives, securing buy in8. Leverage tools where appropriate to make smarter decisionsKey Focus Areas :1. End to end digital funnel management2. Drive business outcome via digital media and tele sales teams3. Build sustainable omni-channel sales and marketing strategies that drive growth4. Ad-tech/Mar-tech stack management and ownership5. Management of third party vendors with CC stakeholdersQualification/Skills :1. 8-10 years of relevant work experience, out of which 5 years should be in driving digital sales2. Hands on experience optimizing funnels (lead, conversion, retargeting)3. Strong understanding of mar-tech and ad-tech stack tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization4. Sales oriented and can work with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives5. Past experience working with affiliates and tele sales teams to drive business objectives would be preferred6. Is a hustler, with demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective7. Strong people and project management skills8.
