A Testing Engineer is required to fully test the product or system to ensure it functions properly and meets the business needs2. Testing all aspects of the product/ system like function/ component, system, performance, regression and service.3. Create detailed, comprehensive and well- structured test plans and test cases and also to ensure version management4. Setting up of test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/ scenarios/ usage cases, and executing these cases.5. Providing feedback on usability and serviceability along with other functional and non- functional issues.6. Software Tester is responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing. He is responsible for conducting the testing, thereafter analyze the results and then submit his observations to the development team.7. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback8. Coordination for testing activities.9. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs10. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved11. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify requirement GAPs13. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts,
