Job Description

  • Train the Trainers (Retainers / Clusters) on Processes - basic understanding of global processes like CSI & SSI and significance of each parameter / step
  • Skilling of all Retainer & Cluster Trainers on facilitation, implementation and review of different processes at dealership level
  • Conduct certification of all Retainer & Cluster Trainers after every four months
  • Prepare & monitor IDPs for all Retainer & Cluster Trainers
  • Provide necessary inputs for designing innovative content for new process launches & existing processes refreshes, Training programs and Certification Tools.
  • 12-15 years (Prefererable 7-8 years Functional experience in Customer Service / Relationship management followed by 5-6 years experience in Training)
  • Any graduates with MBA (Systems / Marketing)
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, employees psyche from processes perspective
  • Basic understanding of processes like CSI & SSI
  • Ability to explain different processes, its steps, significance of key parameters in easy to understand manner by giving relevant examples
  • Understanding of Automotive Sales / Service operations / customer interactions; specifically at dealership level is preferred
