Job Description

    1. Min exp 2-3 year in technical environment2. Mandatory skills and attributes : ( technical , strong communication , regional knowledge , IT , NOC system $ Procedure )3. computer literate ( Word , Excel , Outlook )4. 2-3 years commercial experience in a network operations centre , ISP environment .5. Knowledge of Routers $ Switches .6. Knowledge of Layer Data communication protocols .7. Ability to verify that switches and routers as well as their configured network services and protocols , operate as intended within a given network specification .8. Must have the ability to troubleshoot network problems effectively in a network operation environment .9. Be able to solve technical problems identified in the Network .10. Maintain a broad knowledge of all products , services and NOC procedures .11. Be able to support the network on a high technical level .12. Strong interpersonal communication skills , verbal and written .
