Job Description

    The Role:Operations ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
    • Answer Inbound Calls through our Toll Free in regards to answer their questions, solve issues & handle complaints for our Device .i.e.Kirbado & Kanopi
    • Responsible for processing deliveries or orders for Device & Thermal Rolls as in when required.
    • Responsible for coordinating with departments to improve issue resolution and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Strong communication and customer support skills through calls.
    • Maintain regular data to ascertain the progress of Calls & queries handled.
    • Become the reliable point of contact on the Toll-Free Helpline for each client & ensure resolution is provided on each call.
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent Communication Skills.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Product and process knowledge
    • Reliable and self-motivated.
    • Result Oriented
