Job Description

Designation: Desktop support engineerExperience: 1+ Years of experienceLocation: Thane, Govandi and Andheri eastRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Technical- Candidate Must have hands on experience with basic system troubleshooting.
  • Outlook- Must have hands on experience with Outlook version 2003 to 2016.
  • Internet- If user is facing some internet issue then resource should start with basic diagnosis to resolve( Resource should follow the steps with simple diagnosis).
  • Compliance: Resource should know the basic checklist and policies for the company.
  • Security: Resource has knowledge of antivirus and Malware tools and data recovery from virus affected system, and should know the first step to follow during diagnosis of virus infected system ( Engineers first step will be to remove the system from network).
  • Encryption: Resource should aware about encryption and decryption process and aware about all the encryption application.
  • Folder/File Permission- Should have hands on knowledge on folder and file sharing.
  • MS Office- Resource must be aware about all MS Office applications.
  • Basic Network- Must have knowledge of basic network commands.
  • Basic Server- Must have basic knowledge of server.
  • Printer- Resource should have hands on experience on printer and must be aware about printer offline issue with stepwise resolution.
