Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of relationship management experience, in media, marketing or advertising. Preferred qualifications: Experience driving new business and/ or account management experience in online advertising, or a combination of both. Experience working with cross- functional teams and building effective relationships across all levels. Experience in digital media transactional processes. Knowledge of advertising technologies including Ad Serving, Rich Media, Search Management, Real Time Bidding, Demand Side- Platforms, Supply- Side Platforms, and Ad Exchanges. Ability to understand and absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non- technical audience effectively. Ability to influence others. As Platform Account Manager, you will generate business for our Google Marketing Platform (GMP) suite with major direct advertisers and large agencies, managing existing key clients across our suite of buy- side products and consulting on data- driven audience buying solutions. You will be an expert at managing complex client relationships and ensuring overall client satisfaction. As a leader in the Media Technology Solutions team, you will focus on a consulting and solution oriented approach, developing strategies to identify and approach specific verticals/ segments and pursue prospects throughout the business cycle. Additionally, you will negotiate agreements for new customers and help ensure customers satisfaction. New Product Solutions is the link between Google s Product and Sales organizations. We turn product innovations into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google s advertising products and the web. We partner with Sales team members in building the strongest commercial strategy, and we equip customer- facing Googlers with essential product expertise. We are fascinated by all things digital and passionate about shaping the quickly evolving world of online advertising. Responsibilities Achieve strategic goals by maximizing adoption/ usage. Lead presentations and quarterly business reviews to key accounts. Identify potential/ new customers opportunities and structure proposals with internal support functions to develop agreements. Create relationships within the customers organization across all levels, including senior executives, direct and indirect users of the product, and usage/ repurchase decision makers. Be the first point of contact for customers around all key areas (e.g., training, product enhancement, global/ regional campaign) and lead cross- functional effort to identify and solve any issues.,
