Job Description For Product ExecutiveRole Definition/PurposeDesired candidate should have a thorough knowledge of our products and should be able to explain the clients of what products are we dealing with and how can we help them for their overall process and meeting clients objectives and specifications.He/ She should be able to provide effective support to sales team to boost salesResponsibility/ DeliverableQuote preparation &resolve customer queries within defined timeline.Pricing of material and product - to gain more business, know the requirements of the clients, and work accordingly, introduce newproducts to improve business (sales).Tasks & ActivitiesDaily Activities:- Sending out quotes to clients/sales team.- Preparation of purchase orders for procuring material whenever required,- Checking the material when shipment arrives- Sending emails regarding tracking details of the material to the clients whenever there is dispatch of material.- Review of pending order file & place orders in a timely manner as per the defined procedure.- Dispatch of product to client as per sales orders, manage end to end processWeekly Activities:- Preparation of sales list &zone wise outstanding payment list, dispatch plan, documents required for weekly meetings.- Follow up with sales regarding quotation& outstanding payment statusMonthly Activities:- Stock Audit.- Quarterly Meeting sales presentation- FIMIS - handling for getting data for sales- SOP - PreparationKey competenciesGood verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPointKnowledge of molecular biology reagents and techniques.Experience : 1 3 Years in Product management and support of molecular biology reagents, labchemicals, enzymesEducation : MSc./BSc. In Molecular Biology /Biotech/Biology/BiochemLocation Mira road east of highway
