With four decades of experience in Civil Construction Contracting, Real Estate Development, and Facilities Management.Role and ResponsibilitiesProject manager with minimum 10 years of Experience in Civil RCC and Finishing works.He should have worked on projects which had involved reputable PMC.Delegate day to day work and should also possess knowledge about planning the activities ahead.Co-ordinate with client, PMC and sub-contractor regarding design and execution.Must be able to co-ordinate with planning engg. to devise schedules with forecasted dates.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.Delivering the project as per scheduled timelines.Attending weekly review meetings and closing out all grievances.He Should handle total site execution Co-ordinate with architect for drawing & execute same at site Maintaining & monitor the progress reports on day to day basisMaintain Work schedule execute same at site .If you are interested, please mail your updated cv to us with the current salary drawing & with your photo attached in the cv.
