Required Education: Graduation degree mandatoryExperience: 2 years to 3 years of experience as Software Testing / QA mandatory. Experience in Manual Testing and SQL Notice period should be less than 30 days Responsibilities: Use bug tracking system to report defects to software developers. Determine, analyse and record problems with program function, output, online screen or content. Write clear, concise detail oriented test plans and test cases. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes. Document the entire quality testing process. Describe the program, evaluation, methods of testing and improvements made to the software. Provide and process information in response to customer (support) inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Gather customer s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analysing the symptoms. Analysing support logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems. Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves. Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications. Liaison with development, project management, and customer support.
