Job Description

    Job Title: Relationship ManagerLocation: MumbaiSalary: 5 LPAExperience Required: Minimum 2 years in managing premium accounts in a banking environmentAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling premium accounts in the banking sector and will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing premium banking clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products to premium clients.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
    • Assist in resolving any client queries or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a personalized banking experience.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, sales) to meet client requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
    Key Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing premium accounts within the banking sector.
    • Proven track record of successfully handling high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and premium clients.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Knowledge of banking products and services, including investments, loans, and financial planning.
    • Ability to assess and manage client needs effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
    • Certification in banking or financial services (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
