Responsibility for managing database downloads using Answers Desktop software on time Manage delivery of client databases as per agreed timelines/ frequency/ methodology Responsible for regular tabulation, reports delivery & distribution via agreed mechanism (email/CD/Portal upload,etc.) to clients Adhoc data extract from client databases Provide data dump in spread sheets as and when needed Ensuring that the reports are generated basis the latest database structure changes requested by client Ensuring successful software installation Ensuring distribution of installation files to clients who need access to Nielsen Answers, and coordinate with Nielsen Solutions Centre team for installation Conducting software introduction trainings Manage software troubleshooting Work towards changes to Client operating systems impacting Nielsen Typical Position Pre-requisites: Knowledge Sound application knowledge of MS-Office, esp. Excel Skills Good attention to detail Multi-tasking skills Good oral and written communication skills (English) Perform under time pressure Time management Proactive Interest in technology and digital platforms Comfortable managing large sets of data Team player Education and Experience Graduate or equivalent experience Desired: Working knowledge of FMCG industry,
