Job Description

    The Channel Development Manager is responsible for managing the sales and distribution of life insurance products through a network of independent agents. The JD holder will work closely with agents to help them grow their business, provide product training, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Handle a team of Sales Managers. Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agencyResponsible for the productivity of sales manager, handhold the sales manager in the early stagesRelationship Management .Channel Support and Sales Process ManagementTraining and Product SupportAdministrative and Control functionsAdherence to regulatory and compliance normsResponsible for the confirmation norms of the team.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing.- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and internal stakeholders.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.- Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software tools.Interested candidate share resume WhatsApp hidden_mobile
