Job Description

Sales Manager - Security / Facility Management ServicesMumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaJob DescriptionWe are looking for Sales Manager in Security / Facility Management Services Company.Designation: Sales ManagerQualification: Any GraduateResponsibilities:-

  • Achievement of Budgeted Sales targets (MTD & YTD basis) and establishing new business.
  • Generate leads from potential customers and maintaining follow up tracker for all the leads.
  • Sending introductory emails/proposals in consultation with the Regional /Branch Head, and BD Team.
  • Ensure close co-ordination with costing and pricing team for setting up costing and pricing for inter-company products.
  • Implements regional / branch sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Ensure close co-ordination with Regional Stakeholders & BD team to ensure timely submission of monthly performance deck to management. (MIS reporting)
  • Responsible for Client Contract Records keeping & ensuring its timely renewals in coordination with the respective Regions & BD team.
  • To update & Monitor Sales reports on DITI Software (ERP based Module) to enhance / improve the quality of reports and available records.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
  • 8 to 12 yrs of relevant experience out of which 1-3 years of experience as Sales Manager. (Proven Track record of Positive Sales Performance)
  • Self-motivated, Organised and detailed Oriented
  • Excellent communication, Presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable customised products or services.
  • Strong follow through and should able to anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress and should be hungry for business.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently.
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan, analyzing sales data and developing budgets.
  • Agility in work and quick timely response to all Business Head & other stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key.
  • Should be mobile having his own vehicle
