Job Description

We are hiring for the post of Sales(SME) for Sitel please review the JD below for furher details.Job Title: Sales(SME)Location: Mumbai Salary: Upto 2.3 L.p.aEducational Qualification: Education (if beyond High School or equivalent): College degree or directly related work experience.Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field):Minimum 18 months call center experience, preferably as a Product Specialist. Successful coaching and management of others.Skills: (identify essential skills required, and identify additional skills that enable success in performing this job)Evidence of effective interpersonal, Selling, coaching and supervisory skills. Excellent telephone, computer/keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.Job Responsibilities:Work with the TL to meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring that key operational and quality metrics are consistently achieved. Needs to be productive (On Calls) for four hours every day that they are present in office basis requirement.Needs to drive sales on the floor and also assist the agents with their queries, sales closures any other help required Needs to be a part of the weekly calibration process so that they understand the process requirements in detail Sales Voice coaches will need to check on the daily uncalled leads, do call listening and coaching sessions across the floor to drive performance.Sales coach will go through a coaching and feedback training session with the Sitel Learning Development manager Downloading daily updates on products & benefits.Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics. Measure, report and communicate metric goal attainment for assigned team. Effective problem-solving skills.Performance Management skills.
