Job Description

This role will work in close partnership with both HR and non-HR clients to support the HR-related reporting needs of the firm in accordance with established data privacy standards. Specifically, the qualified candidate will:Know the request, ensuring that reporting deliverables are accurate, concise, timely and fulfill business requirementsEffectively leverage and thoroughly understand available tools and processes to appropriately redirect to existing products or efficiently deliver reporting and analysis to clientsActively contribute to the continuous review, development and modification of self-service reporting products available on the WFA PortalParticipate in scheduled testing of data/data elements as a result of integrations, fixes, or product upgrades Proactively manage data quality through auditing and analyzing report outputDeliver training to end-users on obtaining access, new products/processes and reporting tool functionalityAssist with tracking and reporting of delivery metrics that represent the quantitative and qualitative productivity of the teamEssential Qualifications

  • Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent education preferably in HR, Finance or Technology
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of data analysis including complex report design/development
  • Advanced application skills with Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects) and MS Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business reporting requirements into meaningful, efficient and sustainable reporting solutions
Experience/Knowledge Required
  • Statistical or mathematical background combined with strong visualization skills desired
  • Proficiency in development, documentation, and testing combined with aggressive triage/diagnosis and strong consulting skills
  • Ability to work with large volumes of sensitive/confidential data
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of exemplary customer service and quality product delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management across multiple businesses and geographies
  • Ability to multi-task and to work independently as well as part of a team, building strong working relationships with team members and clients/end-users
  • Working knowledge of:
    • SQL
    • MS Access
    • MS SharePoint
  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures a plus
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts
