Job Description

    DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
    • Manage customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.
    • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
    Skills and Qualifications
    • 1-6 years of experience in a customer service role or related field.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
    • Proficient in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
    • Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
