Requirements management, Backlog management and prioritization for one or more scrum teams.Engages Product Management, customers, and regional commercial teams to understand customer and market needsCollaborates with POs from different Engineering groups to plan, develop and integrate complete dispenser solutionAttends to demo/review meetings and provides feedback on delivered features and eventually engaging other stakeholders where appropriate.Participate and contribute to teams retrospective meetings.Communicate product vision to the project team and other internal stakeholdersDevelops, maintains and communicates release planning and feature roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering team.Engages fully in daily management with the project team and in involved in scrum activities user story creation, backlog grooming, Sprint planning and demo.Interacts with engineering roles such as Scrum Master, SW Engineers, System Engineers, Architects, SQA, Business Analysis and Program Management., Experience:5+ years of product development using Agile/scrum processes.3+ years of experience in Media and Embedded system software solutionEducation:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.Certification in Agile Scrum, specifically Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Background and Skills:Experience working effectively and driving results with cross functional teams with a strong desire to bridge the gap between Customers, Marketing, and EngineeringAbility to understand and communicate details about complex business processesAbility to understand technical architecture and design in embedded industrial automationAnalytical skills to properly interpret solutions and translate into user storiesProject planning skills to create risk-adjusted release planProblem solving and decision-making skillsTechnical knowledge to represents Development team in strategic discussions with Business.Proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a matrix organization with competing and changing deadlinesExcellent written, oral and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards goals.Experience with tools for product roadmap management and defect/stories tracking is desiredExperience in the retail fuel business is desired.Flexibility and openness to change, comfortable with ambiguityStrong influencing and negotiation skills with all levels in the organization
