Total Exp 9-10+ years in process and quality function together with other responsibilities. Must be ITIL Intermediate certified. Must have Internal Auditor Certification for ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 -1 Must have Six Sigma Green Belt certification Hands-on experience with ITIL V3 processes, focusing mainly on Incident, Service request Fulfillment, SACM, Problem, Event, Change management and other ITIL processes. Must have prior experience of ITIL V3 process development and implementation for Infra. projects. Should have good knowledge on ITSM tools like HPSM, BMC remedy, CA etc. Self reliance and self starter. Pride and ownership in qualitative and secure mode of service delivery. Trained on project management processes and ISO 20K processes. Should have good client facing abilities w.r.t client presentation and client management skills. Drive and Manage the process deployment project end to end, Review the progress with relevant stake holders, and deliver it within timelines & with business impact. Drive Turbo projects with functional team members, mentor subsequent projects on ITIL process implementation. Lead and provide expertise to regional project team and participates in cross functional initiatives. n Conduct process review with customer and internal operations team. Work in coordination with Tools team to implement approved process in relevant ITSM Tool and conduct UAT as required. Responsible for internal audit & compliance of the quality system to meet the ISO requirements within Transition team. Coordinate all process quality improvement initiatives using quality tools as Six Sigma, Lean to deliver business impact. The candidate should be able to work independently and add value to the ongoing initiatives. Plan and drive reviews with management on Transition performance. Conduct induction for all new joiners in Transition function. Provide responses to RFP on process domain.
