Job Description

    Purpose of the roleThe role would determine sales potential and ways to enhance sales performance. Should be able to conduct thorough market research and suggest effective sales strategies. Other responsibilities include sales forecasting and examining the companys budget, expenses, as well as revenues.Detailed Responsibility:Determining sales potential based on new and existing sales dataGathering and analyzing data to prepare detailed reportsBTL/Discount Planning and Optimization.Forecasting new industry and sales trends. Outlet level volume planning.Reviewing the companys past and current sales performanceConducting thorough research on current market trends pack/price/categoryAnalyzing the states revenue and expensesWorking with MIS while evaluating and developing pricing proposalsCoordinating with the S&OP towards optimizing forecastingImplementing, managing, and improving sales processesComparing day-to-day sales productivityTarget - FMCGAge - 30 to 35 years8 12 years of experience in Sales Analytics/ Data Analytics.Accountable for Sales Analytics at PAN India level1. Working knowledge with CRM softwares like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Yellow fin, Hot Jar.2. Excellent research and data analysis skills.3. Proficiency in presentations on Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Basic understanding of financial reporting.
