Job Description

  • Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
  • Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, Offer release, post-offer engagement, and enable onboarding
  • Stakeholder management, regular reviews, and meetings with the hiring managers
  • Update and publish TA dashboard
  • Individually manages the Transaction Business Line Hiring for North India
  • Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.
  • Extremely good communication, Presentable & Stakeholder management skills.Employee specification:
  • Education Qualification: Graduation OR Preferably and BE. B tech or MBA
  • Min of 6-8 years in recruitment
  • Hands-on experience in hiring Corporate functions, Marketing,
  • Good to have someone who has experience in Hiring Leadership Hiring, Volume Hiring, Leasing Agents, Capital Markets, etc.
  • Should have the understanding or experience in latest hiring trends: Social media, Linkedin
  • Should be open to working on weekends for hiring drive
