Job Description

  • Reviewing the Customer Project technical requirements, Specifications and Standards.
  • Preparation of work procedures, Function design specifications for Graphic, Hardware and Software, FAT plan.
  • Performing the detailed engineering, design and development of Application Software, assembly and testing of the system as per the Customer requirements.
  • Preparation of Bill of Material for various Systems.
  • Review of Customer input and generate TQ, Coordination with Customer Engineers for technical issues.
  • Preparation and review of Material requisition/Purchase Order for various Projects Materials including cost control
  • Coordination with Project Manager for Project progress, Risk and Issues
  • Document Control work
  • Sound knowledge on Foundation Fieldbus System design, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Establish communication/Interface with third party System over Modbus, Profibus and other digital communication bus
  • Attending internal audit by QC Engineer for Inspection and audit related activities.
  • Attending Internal Meeting/ Project walk through for achieving Project milestones.
  • Adhering to the Project Schedule & Project Quality Plan.
  • Participating site acceptance test, commissioning and start-up activities.
  • Installation & Commissioning of System
  • Customer Training
  • Knowledge on Wireless System communication shall be added advantage

  • Process Control Instrumentation
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Process Control System engineering, site services for Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petroleum, Pharma Industries
  • Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) /Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) hardware & software engineering
  • Third party system interface
  • MS office,
  • Communication skills
  • ISO Procedures
