Job Description

Hiring Sr. Manager Billing and Revenue

  • Position: Sr. Manager Billing and Revenue
  • Location: Andheri, Mumbai
  • Total Experience: 10 - 12 Years
  • Relevant Experience: Min 10 Years
  • Education: CA/ ICWA/ MBA in Finance

  • Maintain End-to-End Revenue and Billing process
  • Periodically analytical review of the Revenue function
Operational
  • Review billing reports periodically to check billing volume, revenue, person billed to etc., check approvals on rates/ deals, identify and ensure correction of billing errors, develop processes to prevent such errors, supervise the dispatch of invoices in order to ensure accurate and on-time billing of clients and agencies
  • Implement processes to check credibility of clients for secured and unsecured business, ensure adherence to credit norms, conduct risk analysis, and verify client history in order to minimize risk at the credit initiation stage
  • Understanding complex fund and sub- advisory fee flow structures of FIL and providing reasonable assurance including analytical reviews.
  • Ensuring correct AUM reporting - which forms the basis of all regulatory reporting across Geographies Ensuring correct calculations, accounting and reporting of global sub- advisory fee. Analyzing Sub- Advisory fee and AUM trends and explaining variances
  • Responsible for monthly forecast and accrual process related Institutional income
  • Lead ongoing initiatives to improve the efficiency and timeliness of Institutional process, including system development/ enhancement projects.
