Job Description

    Greetings from Career Catalysts!We are hiring for a leading OTT firm.Role: Sr. Product Manager/ ManagerLocation: Mumbai/Bangalore/DelhiRole Overview: The position is responsible for developing product requirements, analyzing trends, driving the product vision and strategy, and partnering with Engineering and Product design to manage the execution of the overall product roadmap.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Driving the overall product vision, strategy, and user requirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutions
    • Leading cross-functional teams in delivering quality products, and making appropriate trade-offs
    • Continuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the products
    • Constant focus on user feedback and actioning insights to drive product improvements.
    • Defining product success metrics and analyzing product performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver!
    • Drive the realization of the product by delivering against a robust and visionary roadmap.
    • KPI driven decision making
    • Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations.
    • Conduct A/B tests
    Education: Graduate/ Post GraduateOverall Experience: 4+/6+ years of product management experience, with 2+/4+ years experience with consumer Internet or Web-based technology products and servicesEssential expertise: MBA desired; undergraduate degree is a must, technical degree highly preferred Desirable experience: Managing Product in Digital Video PlatformTechnical Competencies: Strong product sense with an ability to envision technology solutions with market and user needsPrior experience working with Internet technologies and e-commerceStrong understanding of the technical aspect of SEO, on-page optimization techniques and internal linking structuresProven ability to grow organic traffic and identify and operationalize opportunities around organic searchExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsExperience in implementing A/B testsExperience in Ad tech would be a plusIf interested, please apply to this job or share your CV to hidden_email ,
