Job Description

  • JR 1 Leadership, development & planning of all the activities for the Span of Control Establishment and management of the vendors & real estate consultants as part of the extended team.
  • Manage Relationships and provides support to all verticals of the Bank.
  • Involve in process re-engineering to streamline and improve existing work procedures.
  • Training & Mentoring the team on a periodic basis Periodic review & intervention on the progress of the region with respect to the goal sheet and KRAs Prepare and upgrade guidelines, processes from time to time Responsible for introducing, empanelling & developing new vendors, architects, property consultants as per CPC guidelines.
  • Periodically updating the management on the real estate market and best practices of competitors Responsible for handling the litigation, attending mediation meetings in the court Responsible for ensuring the audit process is adhered to by the team Reviewing the occupancy of large offices periodically and engaging landlords for renegotiations, advising management for the cost arbitrage Managing escalations and ensuring compliance and resolution in a time defined closure Initiating Quality control checks and ensuring adherence.
  • Randomly conducting routine visits to designated regions with a view to supervise the on going projects and activities Checking and verifying the site billings to ensure correctness and accuracy and to ensure processing in a time bound manner; Conducting site audits post completion of project Verifying travel claims for the team and ensuring necessary checks and balances are in place Quarterly updates to RH on the progress for the state/region basis the goal sheet.
