Job Description

    Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Steward, Waiter, and F&B Associate to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent service delivery to guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in our dining areas. You will be responsible for assisting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining the overall dining experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, provide them with menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
    • Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all special requests and dietary preferences are communicated to the kitchen.
    • Serving Food & Beverages: Serve food and drinks to guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Ensure that all orders are delivered as requested and meet the hotels quality standards.
    • Table Management: Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas. Set up tables for service, clear dishes, and reset tables between guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
    • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner. Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive guest experience.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and other hotel departments to ensure the smooth operation of the dining areas and guest satisfaction.
    • Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that all food and beverage safety standards and hygiene practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including utensils, glassware, and service stations.
    • Stock Management: Assist in stocking service areas with necessary items such as napkins, cutlery, glasses, condiments, and beverages.
    • Billing and Payments: Provide accurate bills to guests, process payments, and handle cash or credit transactions securely.
    • Event Support: Assist in setting up for special events, banquets, or conferences, including arranging seating, serving, and cleaning up after events.
