  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage and Support Microsoft Office 365 2 Implement IT Security Solutions and Controls adhering company standards and policies 3 Perform L2/L3 Support function for desktop-related escalation 4 Evaluate new End User Computing technology and build the roadmap
      • Technical Experience : 1Need 4 to 5 years L2 L3 level hands-on experience as a LANDesk or SCCM administrator 2 Deep knowledge and hands-on experience on below areas: a Win10 Gold Image creation b Application deployment c Drivers deployment d Hardening of Operating System hardening with skills on domain joining as well e Encryption of task creation in golden image template through LANDesk application 3 Experience on LANDesk / SCCM integrated suites like User Workstation Manager UWM and End Point Manger EPM
      • Professional Attributes : 1Take part in 24x7 On-Call rotation 2Work in shifts and out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays if required 3 Travel to other locations when required
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering
    • Additional Information : 1 Having Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and other languages
