Role-Team Leader (Deputy Manager)CTC- (2.50LPA to 3.25LPA + Incentive)Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention and achievingefficiency of assigned geography, employees and sources while keeping the team motivatedand engaged.1. Area/ Geography Mapping.Responsible for allocation of geography at team level. Should work closely with his teammembers on geography mapping. To identify the problem and expectations of the sources with low LSR,SLR and MS.b. Knowledge and ability to use various tools which can be utilized toimprove relationship and ratios.3. Audit / Relationship / Coaching Calls Responsible to conduct Joint Calls daily with team which includes Sourcevisits and Sales calls.Knowledge Skills && Functional Competencya. Product Knowledge own and competitionb. Ability to handle objection raised by customers and sourcesc. Ability to use various tools to address customer and source queries4. Channel Partner RecruitmentResponsible for validation and empanelment of channel partnersKnowledge, Skills && Functional CompetencyKnowledge of BSA empanelment process. Ability to identify the potential channel partnerAbility to identify whether the BSA falls within the norms and category defined.5. Team HuddleResponsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.Knowledge, Skills && Functional CompetencyKnowledge of daily morning huddle process Ability to conduct team huddle6. Weekly Team ReviewResponsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and weekly completion of SalesPatri II.Knowledge, Skills && Functional Competency Knowledge of sales process Ability to conduct reviews Ability to analyze7.
