Job Description

  • Provide information to Guest about domestic and international destinations and holiday packages
  • Assist them in booking a suitable holiday package as per their interests and budget
  • Must have B2C experience.
  • Forward to respective Procurement team / Vendor for processing of the booking
  • Assist in solving queries related to pre or on tour, if any
  • co-ordination with internal employees as well as vendors
  • Confirm bookings and assist Guest with post booking processes
  • Good Negotiations skills
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Attending walk-in customers inquiries and telephone-inquires for international & domestic FIT tours,
  • Doing regular follow ups, & converting inquiries in to bookings.
