Leadership position in the organized L&D segment via our acquisitions/ new logo effort across Data, Management, and Soft Skills offeringsRole Prerequisites : - 8+years of experience in consulting, finance, or sales operations.- Proficient in quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning.- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality results- Ability to perform complex analyses including regression, forecasting and probability modeling.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience- Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with multiple CRM tools- Experience working on a project team and influencing senior stakeholders- Excellent group presentation skills Role & Responsibilities : The main responsibilities include analysis, reporting and preparing presentations to assist Business Head, in reporting, and communicating with teams within upGrad. The role requires initiative, self-drive, willingness to work in a constantly evolving ecosystem , and the ability to bring value to the team. The ideal candidate is a flexible team player who can roll up their sleeves, nimbly address business issues, and has a passion for operational excellence- Understand the market and customer behavior by identifying, researching, and sharing findings that will bring competitive advantage to the business- Collect, evaluate, and report data to track sales performance and metrics- Sales Pipeline Data, Quota Performance, Accurate Headcount Reporting, Bookings Performance, etc.- Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment- Collaborate with team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality- Coordinate, with sales management, the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all sales channels- Prepare sales reporting and forecasting for executive management- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.- Generate ad hoc reporting for sales management- Assist in developing presentations for senior executives.- Collaborate cross- functionally to establish reporting standards.- Proactively interact with Sales and stakeholders to continuously find ways to improve processes that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.- Strong operational background with the ability to analyze financially results/ trends/ presentations- Work alongside marketing to design social media strategies to enhance sales processes.- Contribute to the creation of content such as white paper, webinars, competitions, newsletters, etc,
