This role is essential for driving sales and expanding our client base through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives focused on Microsoft Dynamics products.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.Client Acquisition: Identify and procure new clients through direct outreach, email campaigns, and collaboration with the marketing department.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth process.Customer Engagement: Lead engagement with customers and partners, maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.Market Insights: Work closely with Microsoft India to stay informed about digital transformation trends and incorporate insights into sales strategies.Feedback and Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Experience and Qualifications:Experience: freshers are welcome! software/services sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics products (ERP/CRM), or similar softwareIndustry Knowledge: Understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics partner/channel ecosystem is a strong advantage.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
