Job Description

    Leasing Consultant responsibilities include:
    • Presenting apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
    • Assisting residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants.
    • Promoting unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
    Roles andResponsibilities:
    • Coordinate with clients and give them brief detail of our property.
    • Giving Tour of our Property / Apartments and providing information about our Facilities like Swimming pool, Gauci and nearby Grocery store or schools etc.
    • Placing an advertisement for Vacant Units (Properties) through various media channel, advertising techniques and expanding our customer base.
    • Track all Outbound & Inbound lead generation activities and Converting Leads into Appointments
    • Coordinate with Supervisor and Management on regular basis and to share all necessary clients details.
    Desired profile of the candidate
    • Fluent English communication skill.
    • Good Marketing skills.
    • Aggressive sales skill.
