Job Description

    • To build and maintain consumer SME balance sheet and drive the business across various customer consumer segments
    • Ownership of Consumer SME P&L
    • Design and implement product proposition by working with various internal and external stakeholder.
    • Proposition to assist national distribution team in acquiring more customers across CA+POS+CLAP
    • Analyse the segment and basis the consumer need offer the best features/functionalities
    • Work closely with Product, Merchant acquiring, Asset team etc to drive this segment / proposition
    • Creating and managing campaign for this segment
    • Adherence to KYC and re-KYC requirement of the bank
    The position ensures : Complete and overarching view and ownership of the Consumer SME segments through various channels Key Accountabilities Accomplish all responsibilities in relation to:
    • Maintain and build end to end proposition for the segments
    • Selectively broaden product offerings for these segments to maximize our share among customers
    • Continuously engage with internal and external partners to upgrade and innovate products to provide value-added benefits to the customers
    • Market Overview on Competition Offerings
    • Customer Journey Designs
    • Adherence with Ops, control groups, technology
    • Ensure customer engagement for new and existing products
    • Act as Business Liaison with external stakeholders including RBI, IBA, UIDAI, NPCI
    Job Duties & responsibilities
    • Engage and build cross sell opportunities of existing products.
    • Developing and updating procedures, policies, controls and monitoring plans for Consumer SME business
    • Business SPOC for Internal & External Audits and ensuring minimum satisfactory ratings
    • Compare digital liability strategies of other banks and keep enhancing our platform
    • Campaign management: Ideate, create and run campaigns for driving usage
    • Manage the P&L responsibility (including increasing revenue through transactions, book build up, reducing costs, increasing activation rates etc.)
    • Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities; and submit new product proposals
    • Define and maintain product strategy, product revenue, market adoption, and Portfolio Management and penetration goals.
    • Work with Marketing to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition, retention and cross sale activities
    Required Experience
    • 12 to 15 Years of experience in Retail/Digital Banking
    • 2 Years + Experienced in Product development, management and life cycle.
    • Experience in Human Centric Design and Customer Journeys
    • Proficiency in MS Excel/Power point
    Education / Preferred Qualifications
    • MBA from a reputed institute preferred
    • Minimum requirement: Graduate degree
